I wanted to take a moment to send you a thank you for the great experience my team and I shared with you this week. You were by far the best speaker I have had the privilege hearing over the past 23 years of my retail experience. My group of GM’s left the auditorium with something I have strived to build over the last year and that is a true TEAM SPIRIT.

Mr. Biro- I know you speak to far too many people to probably remember an event for Target stores many years ago in Colorado, but boy, do I remember you! I still have my broken board from that event and re-read your books to this day, utilizing them in my own teaching of others….(making sure to give you credit, of course…)

I just had to take a minute to tell you what a HUGE impact you had on me. I’ve never been a part of such an energizing, uplifting event! I walked out of the office today knowing that I will now be the best leader for my team and more importantly, the best mother to my children. You touched a place in my heart that I wasn’t sure existed any longer. Even now, almost 5 hours later, I still feel 10 feet tall and bullet proof.
