Following graduation, Brad went to work in clinical laboratories at the North Texas VA Healthcare System, independent reference labs, and a level 1 trauma center in south Texas.
In 1997, Brad accepted his first leadership role working with the American Red Cross Blood Services. Brad managed a department of 45 people in a highly regulated department interacting with hospital customers. In 2004, Brad took his first sales role managing service agreements with the American Red Cross. In that capacity, he negotiated and managed agreements with hospitals in two states to provide blood supply services.
Brad began his sales career in the for-profit world when he joined Radiometer America as a territory rep in 2006. With Radiometer, he achieved early success selling capital equipment into Dallas area hospitals in his first month. In 2007, Brad joined Immucor Inc. as a territory rep, where he continued his success reaching the top 5 among sales reps in 2008 and promoted to Corporate Accounts in 2009. While in Corporate Accounts, Brad led sales and negotiation efforts to consolidate the selling of capital equipment and supplies into at least a dozen large healthcare systems nationwide. Additionally, he negotiated a five-year, $37M purchasing agreement with the largest group purchasing organization in the country.
In 2012, Brad was promoted to his first leadership position as Area Business Manager with Immucor. This position led six sales representatives and three technical specialists. In 2013, Brad became the Area Sales Director with Physicians Choice Laboratory Service (PCLS) and was tasked with growing an incumbent team of four in Texas to a team of 12 across the southern United States. During his three-year tenure with PCLS, Brad had the number 1 region for one year and the number 1 sales rep for three years.
In 2016, Brad embarked on his entrepreneurial career by purchasing and building a business coaching/consulting practice. Brad coached small business owners in the north Texas area until 2023. These businesses ranged in annual revenues from $150,000 to over $5M. From 2018 to 2025, Brad also owned and managed a small service-based business in the landscape market.
Brad is married to his wife of 21 years, Traci. They have three adult children and two grandkids. He also enjoys tearing up the golf course (and by that he means playing 18 holes). Brad is a history geek and loves spending hours in museums, historical landmarks/cemeteries.
