Brandon Richardson

Brandon Richardson is a passionate Sales and Leadership Coach committed to helping people define success, overcome the fears and limiting beliefs that hold them back, and achieve their goals while unlocking their full potential. As a servant leader in sales, he strives every day to live by his core values: Faith, Family Unity, Integrity, Inner Peace, and Freedom.

Before joining Southwestern Consulting, Brandon was a top producer in the insurance industry, leading his sales team to rank in the top 1% across 11 states while also achieving a top 1% ranking for personal production within his company. Since joining Southwestern, he has continued to excel, earning multiple Coach of the Year nominations and receiving awards for both the highest client retention and the highest growth in the company.

Brandon credits much of his success to the guidance he received from Southwestern Consulting as a client, and today he applies those same proven principles and strategies with his clients. His focus goes beyond the numbers—he is equally dedicated to helping people grow personally as they do professionally.

Outside of coaching, Brandon enjoys adventures with his high school sweetheart and their four children. Whether it’s archery hunting in Colorado, trout fishing on the White River in Arkansas, or cheering on the Baylor Bears in Waco, Texas, he thrives in the great outdoors, cherishing the time spent with his family. For Brandon, the size of the fish doesn’t matter nearly as much as the company he keeps; his favorite fishing buddies are his wife and children. An avid outdoorsman, he also loves backpacking trips and exploring nature whenever he can.
